This baby was born twice. During surgery you can see her foot at 26 weeks. Pretty big baby. And yet abortion is legal at this age, because she is deemed not a person. I wonder though, if this particular baby attained legal person status the first time she was born. Did she lose it when she was replaced in the womb? Or did she maintain it even though she resumed gestation?
